Spiritual practice is the process of personal evolution As we cultivate ourselves, focus attention upon the expansion of our awareness and compassion, we begin to create the higher vision of ourselves and through intention to live up to this. Through Spiritual Practices we are able to transform our thinking and consequently our hearts which opens the flow of the divine into our lives and unlimited grace/blessings flow. The lotus flower has become a symbol for awakening to the spiritual reality of life. As the lotus flower grows up from the mud into an object of great beauty, people also grow and change into something more beautiful! That which grows the flower, whether you call it God, Spirit, Christ-consciousness, we believe is a Creative Intelligence, and all that it wants from you is the opportunity to express itself! And you are that opportunity! It does that by awakening in you, moving through you, expressing its inspiration as you! Our programs are designed to help you develop into your highest self-expression . What we know is consciousness is developmental - that means being aware that there's always more to learn, more to do, more to become.
